HOW WE PLAN YOUR RIDE

Sustainability

This page makes no environmental claim. It only describes how a ride is planned with us today.

Private travel means a vehicle on the road for every ride. We would rather say that plainly than make promises we cannot measure.

What we can describe is how a ride is planned with Noble Ball: the vehicle has room for your passengers and bags, your stops and your return belong to one request, and every ride is arranged in advance.

The sections below explain each of these points as they work on this site today. When the service changes, this page will change with it.

Room for Your Group

When you request a ride, the form only offers the vehicle categories with room for your number of passengers and bags. Categories that are too small for your group are not shown, so your choice starts from vehicles that fit.

Five categories cover groups of different sizes, from a Business Class sedan for up to three passengers to a Sprinter for up to sixteen. A group that fits in one vehicle can travel together, with one chauffeur and one itinerary.

Several Stops, One Ride

A single request can include up to four stops. They are planned as one itinerary with one chauffeur, instead of being booked as separate rides.

Planned in Advance

Every ride is requested ahead of time, with a date, a time and an itinerary. For airport pickups you can add your flight number, so your flight details are part of the request from the start.

Round Trips and Hourly Hire

A round trip, with its return date and time, is requested once. For a day of meetings or visits, hourly hire keeps one chauffeur at your disposal for the duration you choose, from two to twelve hours.
