Using a Chauffeur for Business Travel
For business travel, book airport transfers with your flight number, use hourly hire for days of meetings, plan multi-stop routes in one itinerary, and add your company or agency reference to each request.
Airport runs
For flights in and out, a one-way request with your flight number and bags keeps the trip predictable. A round trip can cover the outbound and return legs in one request if you already know your return time.
Days of meetings
When a day has several appointments, hourly hire keeps the same chauffeur and vehicle with you for 2 to 12 hours. There is no destination to set: list the addresses you already know in the preferences so they are part of the request, and adjust as the day unfolds.
Roadshows and multi-stop routes
If the route is fixed, a one-way ride can include up to four stops, each with its own address, planned as one itinerary with one chauffeur. This works well for visiting several offices or collecting colleagues on the way to an event.
Traveling as a team
Teams can travel together in a Business Van for up to 7 passengers or a Luxury Bus for up to 16. Enter the full number of passengers and bags so the form offers only categories with room for everyone.
Booking for your company
The contact step has an optional field for a company or agency reference, so each request can carry your internal reference, cost center or client name. Executive assistants can book on behalf of a traveler by entering the traveler's details and adding any notes in the preferences.
Each request returns a reference and a private tracking link where the quote appears and can be accepted. For questions about a request, call +1 (561) 695-1185.
