Privacy and booking requests

Information you choose to send

The ride form asks for a pickup location, destination or hourly duration, departure date and local time, passengers, bags and any optional stops or travel preferences. When requesting a quote, you also provide your name, email and phone number, and may add company details or notes. These details are stored with your request so Noble Ball can process it and contact you.

Do not enter card numbers, passwords, or other payment details in the notes field.

Unsent drafts in this browser

Before you send a request, the itinerary you are planning can be kept in this browser so you can return to it after a reload. Contact details are not included in this draft. The draft is cleared when a request is successfully sent; a saved draft whose departure date has passed is ignored.

Your private tracking link

After sending a request, you may receive a private link to follow its status and view your quote. Anyone with that link may be able to see the ride details, so please keep it private. Once a chauffeur is assigned, the page may show their latest position. Only their latest position is kept, and it is deleted when the ride ends.

Maps and messages

If address suggestions are enabled, the text entered into the address fields is sent to Google Maps Platform to suggest locations. Please see Google's privacy policy. Tracking maps use OpenStreetMap tiles; the map tile service receives your device's IP address when the map loads.

The Boston and Los Angeles pages display genuine city photographs served from Wikimedia Commons, so the image host may receive your device’s IP address when those images load. Photographer and license credits appear next to every photograph.

If you choose to open a WhatsApp link, your device opens WhatsApp with a prefilled message. The message is not sent until you decide to send it.
