Airport Pickup with a Chauffeur: A Checklist
Include your flight number, the exact number of bags, and any meeting-point preference in the request; set the pickup time for when you will realistically be ready; and keep your phone reachable after landing.
Before you send the request
Choose "One way" with the airport as the pickup. Enter the date and the local time at that airport, then open "Options and flight details" to add your flight number. Count every bag, including strollers and larger carry-ons, so the form offers a vehicle with room for them.
Use the preferences field for a meet and greet, the terminal if you know it, accessibility needs, or anything the chauffeur should know.
Choosing the pickup time
Think about when you will actually reach the curb, not when the plane lands. Domestic arrivals with only carry-on bags are usually quicker; international arrivals often include passport control, baggage claim and customs. Mention your plans in the notes so they are part of the request.
Your confirmation and tracking link
After sending the request you receive a reference and a private tracking link. Your quote appears there; once you accept it and the ride is confirmed, the chauffeur's details are shared on the same page, and their latest position appears while they are on the way. Bookmark the link before you travel.
On the day
Turn your phone on after landing, with the number you gave in the request. Keep your reference handy. If anything changes, such as a long delay at baggage claim, call +1 (561) 695-1185 with your reference.
Quick checklist
Flight number added. Local pickup time at the airport. Every bag counted. Child seats or pet in the options if needed. Meeting preference in the notes. Tracking link bookmarked. Phone reachable after landing.
