A meeting day across Boston and Cambridge

For appointments in the Financial District, Back Bay, the Seaport or Kendall Square, list each full address in visit order. Include the meeting start time, the expected time on site and any entrance or reception instructions. Choose hourly hire when the car needs to remain available between appointments; request a one-way transfer when you only need one fixed ride.

Booking for a colleague, client or executive

Enter the booking contact in the contact step and add a company or agency reference in the optional company field. In preferences, explain who is traveling, whether the booking contact will join the ride, and how to reach the passenger. Share only the details needed to arrange transportation; private tracking links should be shared only with people managing that ride.

Logan arrivals before a business appointment

For a single airport collection, use the Logan transfer option and include the flight number, bags and office or hotel address. For a meeting day starting at Logan, select hourly hire and include the airport arrival details in preferences. Confirm when the paid time block starts and how a flight delay would affect the itinerary before accepting the quote.

Vehicles for an individual or a team

Compare a Business Class or First Class sedan for up to three passengers, a Luxury SUV for up to five, a Business Van for up to seven, or the larger group category for up to sixteen. Count luggage and equipment as well as people. The request form filters categories by capacity; model and availability are confirmed with the quote.

Review the business itinerary before confirming

Ask for the total rate, selected duration, waiting and extra-hour conditions, and any parking or other charges. If your company needs an invoice, purchase-order reference or a particular payment arrangement, state that in the request and confirm it separately. Submitting a request does not establish a corporate account or reserve a vehicle.

Your questions answered

Can an executive assistant request a ride for someone else?

Yes. Add the booking contact and company reference, then explain in preferences who will travel and how to reach them. Confirm communication arrangements with the quote.

Does Noble Ball offer automatic monthly billing or Net 30?

No such arrangement is promised by the website. Include your billing needs in the request and confirm whether they can be accommodated before accepting the quote.

Should I request hourly hire or separate transfers?

Hourly hire suits a continuous meeting block with several stops. A one-way ride fits a single transfer, and a round trip can cover an outbound ride and a known return. Compare the complete quoted scope for your itinerary.
