Hourly Chauffeur Hire: How It Works
With hourly hire, one chauffeur stays at your disposal for the duration you choose, from 2 to 12 hours. You enter a pickup address, a date and a start time instead of a destination, and plan the day as it goes.
What hourly hire means
An hourly booking, sometimes called "as directed" service, keeps a chauffeur and vehicle with you for a set number of hours instead of driving one route from A to B. It suits days when you do not know every address or timing in advance.
On the Noble Ball request form, choose "Hourly", enter the pickup address, the date and the local start time, then pick a duration of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 or 12 hours. There is no destination field: where you go during those hours is up to you.
When hourly makes more sense than one-way rides
Hourly hire is usually the simpler choice when a day involves several meetings, a property or venue tour, a shopping trip, or sightseeing with stops of uncertain length. One request covers the whole block of time, with one chauffeur and one vehicle.
If you know there are only two or three fixed addresses with long gaps in between, separate one-way rides or a round trip may fit better. A round trip with a return date and time can be requested in one go.
Choosing the right duration
Add up the time at each stop and the driving between them, then leave some margin for traffic and parking. If your plans run long, mention it in the preferences so it is part of the request; the confirmed duration and rate come with your quote.
For a day of back-to-back meetings, list the addresses you already know in the notes. It helps planning even though hourly hire does not require a fixed itinerary.
Vehicle, group size and requests
As with any ride, the form shows only the vehicle categories with room for your passengers and bags, from a sedan for up to three passengers to a Sprinter for up to sixteen. Child seats and pets can be requested in the options.
No payment is taken online. After the request you get a reference and a private tracking link, where your quote appears and where you can accept it.
