Planning a Multi-Stop or Round Trip Ride
A one-way ride can include up to four stops between the pickup and the destination, planned as one itinerary with one chauffeur. A round trip adds a return date and time in the same request; for open-ended days, hourly hire is often simpler.
Adding stops to a one-way ride
Choose "One way", enter the pickup and the destination, then use "Add a stop" for each place in between, up to four. Every stop needs a full address. The stops are part of a single itinerary with one chauffeur rather than separate bookings.
Typical uses are collecting colleagues from different hotels on the way to a meeting, dropping guests at several homes after an event, or a short errand on the way to the airport.
Requesting a round trip
Choose "Round trip" when you need to go somewhere and come back at a time you already know, such as a dinner, a show or a day meeting in another city. Enter the outbound date and time and the return date and time; the return has to be after the departure.
Both legs belong to one request and one quote, so you do not need to book the way back separately.
One-way with stops, round trip or hourly?
Use one-way with stops when the route is fixed and you will not need the vehicle afterwards. Use a round trip when there is a gap between the two legs and you know the return time. Use hourly hire, from 2 to 12 hours, when the plan has many stops or the timings are uncertain.
Tips for a smooth itinerary
List the stops in the order you want to visit them, and use precise addresses or venue names. Mention waiting times or anything the chauffeur should know in the preferences field.
Times are local to the pickup location. For a return leg in another city, enter the time as it reads there.
