Child seats

Open "Options and flight details" on the first step and choose the number of child seats, up to three. The number of child seats cannot exceed the number of passengers.

Child seat requirements vary by state and by the child's age, height and weight. Note each child's age in the preferences so the right seats can be considered when your request is reviewed.

Traveling with a pet

Tick "Traveling with a pet" in the same options. Add a few words in the preferences about the animal, for example its size and whether it travels in a carrier, so the request is complete.

Lots of luggage

Enter the full number of bags, up to sixteen. The vehicle step only offers categories with room for both your passengers and your bags, so an accurate count avoids a vehicle that is too small.

Strollers, sports equipment and oversized cases are worth mentioning in the preferences, because they take more space than a standard suitcase.

Accessibility and other needs

The preferences field accepts any detail that helps plan the ride: a meet and greet, help with bags, accessibility needs or a preferred entrance. Everything you write is part of the request reviewed before the rate and vehicle are confirmed.

A quick checklist before you send the request

Check that the passenger count includes every child, that the bag count includes strollers and equipment, and that the number of child seats matches the children who need one. If you are flying, add the flight number so it travels with the request.

Check the summary on the last step: the pickup, destination, date, time, vehicle and options are all shown before you send it, and you can go back to edit the ride. After sending, keep the reference and the private tracking link from your confirmation; you can also find your booking later with that reference and your email address.
