How to request it

1. Choose "Hourly" and enter the pickup address.
2. Enter the date and the local start time, then choose a duration from 2 to 12 hours.
3. Enter the number of passengers and bags, and any child seats or a pet in the options.
4. Pick a vehicle category with room for your group.
5. Add your contact details, list any addresses you already know in the preferences, and request your quote.

When hourly hire makes sense

Hourly hire suits days with several stops or uncertain timings: back-to-back meetings, a venue or property tour, an evening event with stops before and after, shopping or sightseeing. One request covers the whole block of time, with the same chauffeur throughout.

If you only need to go somewhere and come back at a known time, a round trip may be simpler; if the route is fixed, a one-way ride with up to four stops may be enough.

Planning your hours

Add up the time you expect at each stop and the driving between them, then leave a margin for traffic and parking. Any addresses or timings you already know can go in the preferences field so they are part of the request.

Quote and confirmation

No payment is taken online. After sending the request you receive a reference and a private tracking link where your quote appears and where you can accept it. The duration, vehicle and rate are confirmed before the ride is.
